'EveningTrail started from a humble dream: to serve true Neapolitan pizza in Via Appia Nuova. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was initially a quaint, family-operated business with generations-old recipes.
Marco Rossi, our initiator, mastered the pizza craft during her time in Italy, apprenticing with expert pizza makers in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Back in the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of original Italian pizza, adhering to ancestral techniques and selecting premium ingredients.
Our beginnings from a cozy 12-seater pizzeria have evolved into a treasured community fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and tradition stands firm. We continue utilizing classic wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch daily, and choosing only the best ingredients available.
To this day, 'EveningTrail' is still under the care of the Rossi household, with the second generation at the helm of our zealous crew. While we have adopted certain contemporary advancements, the soul of our enterprise remains focused on crafting delectable, real pizza that unites patrons.
